UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE BENEFITS - VOLUNTARY SEPARATION
Several recent consultations have reminded me of a statement made by an attorney who usually represents employers in employment matters - "do not quit a job unless you have another one because you cannot rely on unemployment insurance benefits as an income".
