UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE - HEARING AND APPEAL - REQUEST FOR HEARING - CASE NO. 3
Here is the other item that was sent to the Appeal Board - I am omitting the attached documentation to preserve client confidentiality.
Ever heard of those people who took out million dollar policies on their spouse then murdered them? That was to get a large lump sum with minimum investment.
Although I am not sure how your comment relates to Unemployment Insurance, I am posting it as a reminder that, aside from the legal and moral aspects of murder, usually the spouse is a primary suspect when there were matrimonial issues and very few spouses "get away with it". I do realize that divorce and separation, custody and support, vistation, etc. can be stressful and aggravating, whether done through the courts, settlement, or ADR.
