NEW YORK UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE - HEARINGS AND APPEALS - VULGAR LANGUAGE - CASE NO. 5
The hearing began at around 10:45am on June 14. Present was the claimant, myself and an HR representative of the employer, as well as the ALJ. Transcripts of the proceedings are now taken by a small digital recorder rather than a cassette tape player. The ALJ made certain opening statements regarding the role of the ALJ, the nature of the proceeding, instructions as to the procedure, etc. and all sides stated that they were ready to proceed.
