LANDLORD/TENANT MATTERS IN NASSAU COUNTY

I did this pro bono but did not appear on record (but the papers did disclose that I was involved in the preparation of them); and 2. This is the decision I discussed in my earlier blogs regarding the importance of making stipulations clear and unambiguous - even though both sides and their lawyers are in a rush, a stipulation is a contract and is interpreted by the courts as such.
