NEW YORK UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE - HEARINGS AND APPEALS - CAPABILITY OF EMPLOYMENT - CASE NO. 6

Some notes regarding Exhibit A to the Statement of Appeal filed in this matter:

On Page 1:

A. There is a statement that the claimant was found not to be disabled and denied both Social Security and SSDI benefits.

B. Trained staff reviewed the decision and acknowledges that disability rules differ under different programs.

C. For SS and SSDI benefits, health problems must keep the claimant from doing any "substantial work" for at least 12 months.
