NEW YORK MATRIMONIAL - NO FAULT DIVORCE

The Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department earlier this month released a decision in Palermo v Palermo 2012 NY Slip Op 07528 in which it affirmed a trial court decision which held that there is no right to litigate the allegation that a marriage has irretrievably broken down under New York’s no-fault divorce law.
