The FTC has in the past issued warnings but these companies still exist and we lawyers still have big egos. This was a solicitation received today to purchase an award (I get them from various companies on a regular basis). The company sends you a digital image of what the award may look like and then offers various packages. In this case, the award is available with packages ranging from $49 to $299.
