A Notice of Hearing was received by me on May 14, 2011 for a May 26, 2011 hearing. However, on May 24, I was advised that the ALJ, at the request of the employer’s attorney, granted a request for an adjournment. The new hearing date was tentatively scheduled for June 14 at 10:30am.
