NEW YORK UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE - HEARINGS AND APPEALS - VULGAR LANGUAGE - CASE NO. 5
The claimant testified first and the testimony was identical to the Summary of Interview that was introduced as an exhibit. The only additional testimony was that language that would be deemed even more offensive was used daily by the claimant's supervisors at the work location.
