SELLING A HOME IN TODAY'S MARKET

But if the Property Disclosure Statement is not delivered to the Buyer (and Buyer receives $500 credit) or if the disclosure regarding the Certificate of Occupancy is marked "Unknown", what is the next step for the Buyer?
